• Develop and implement engaging and challenging lessons for Year 3 students.
• Monitor and assess Year 3 student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment for Year 3 learners.
• Collaborate with the Year 3 team to plan lessons and share best practices.
• Communicate with parents about Year 3 student progress and concerns.

Requirements:

• PGCE or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Year 3 students.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and classroom management.
