Onspring Developer

Responsibilities: -

• Configure and customize the Onspring platform to support GRC use cases such as policy management, risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk management, internal audit, and incident management.
• Design and build no-code/low-code workflows, forms, business rules, dashboards, and reports within Onspring.
• Partner with business and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Onspring configurations.
• Support integrations between Onspring and other enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, data feeds, APIs) as needed.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform enhancements, and provide ongoing platform support.
• Document configurations, workflows, and business rules to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Technical skills: -

• Proven, hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Onspring platform (required - not a general GRC or low-code background).
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms and workflow design.
• Working knowledge of GRC concepts: risk management, compliance, policy management, audit, and third-party/vendor risk.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage configuration tasks end-to-end, and meet delivery timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage directly with client stakeholders.

Good to have skills: -

• Prior experience in the healthcare or health plan industry.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
• Familiarity with related GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream) is a plus.
