Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Developer to join a data hub team supporting a critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform within a leading financial institution. This role will focus on hands-on Oracle development, database enhancements, and performance optimization for systems that support enterprise-wide access and permissions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle 12c+, PL/SQL, database development, and SQL/query performance tuning, with hands-on experience working with indexes, optimizer hints, and tools such as Toad. The role is primarily development-focused, with some involvement in production support and database maintenance.

What We re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in an Oracle development position


• 5 + years of experience with Oracle 12C+


• 5 + years of PL/SQL experience


• 5 + years of experience in Oracle database tuning


• Experience with database management tools like Toad


• Comfortable working with Hints, Overloading, and Indexs'

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $65 $67 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
