Employment Tax Senior Manager - Morgan McKinley

A Big 4 Accounting Firm is searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their nationally operating team.

As a Senior Manager you will advise clients of various sizes across a wide range of industries on areas such as governance, employment status, reward and benefit planning. You'll develop long lasting relationships, network within the local and national market and support the development of the wider Employer Solutions team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a variety of employment solutions advisory projects, varying from larger strategic projects through to risk and opportunity reviews
• Managing employer compliance activities such as PAYE, payroll, NMW, holiday pay, CIS compliance, SAO certification, KYC, voluntary disclosures
• Winning, managing and delivering work to a high standard
• Reviewing work and coaching and developing junior colleagues
• Leading local marketing initiatives
