Global Compensation Tax Manager - London - Morgan McKinley

The role:
Responsibility for the day to day management of the team, overall data management and project management. Actively support and contribute to the roll-out and delivery of a brand new, game changing, payroll solution that has been developed internally.
Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of payrolls in the UK and/or multiple locations
• Contribute to the continued development of a new game-changing payroll solution developed by the firm
• Liaising with clients' HR, internal payroll and outsourced payroll teams
• Data analytics to oversee the capture, reconciliation and reporting of global compensation
• Oversight of the manipulation/mapping of data sources for payroll processing
• Ability to define tax rules that aid an effective technology build
• Working closely with the Tax Technology team to ensure best practice
• Utilise Tax technical knowledge in the global mobility space and cross-border payroll
• Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
• Support the development of junior colleagues
