Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business, Scrum Teams and Technical Stakeholders; communicate effectively across various management levels.
• Manage project activities through all lifecycle phases utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and proprietary software to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Report on project activities and provide input to the Annual Financial Plan (budget); experience with ServiceNow and Azure Dev Ops is desired.
• Manage the full project lifecycle following SDLC; apply project management best practices to define and execute scope, schedule, issue/risk, procurement, communication, change, quality, vendor, and contract management.
• Use project management tools to update release schedules, staffing profiles, roadmaps, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, forecast project plans and budgets, and lead change management initiatives with strong stakeholder communication.
• Lead as a Project Manager/Scrum Master supporting Scrum ceremonies and PI Planning; align project roles and responsibilities; initiate process and team organization improvements.
• Monitor and measure resource assignments and project outcomes; support small to medium-sized Scrum teams.
• Provide proactive, concise, and reliable communication to internal and external stakeholders via multiple media, ensuring clarity and accuracy to support effective business decisions.
• Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships; review invoices and oversee work/deliverables.
• Ensure scope completion in a quality manner, within budget, and on schedule through planning, organization, and control of work efforts.
• Apply strong leadership, team coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; utilize risk management and process improvement techniques.

requirements

• 7-10 years of combined IT Project Management experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
• PMP Certification is required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required
• Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) is a plus
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles following SDLC
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and process improvement expertise
