FAIR Consulting Group is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP transformation program. This is a 4-5 month contract commencing ASAP, with a preference for candidates based in Melbourne, although Sydney-based candidates will also be considered.

Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams, you will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while supporting the successful delivery of procurement, supply chain, and supplier collaboration initiatives.

About the role

• Gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solution designs.
• Support large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across procurement, supply chain, and supplier collaboration.
• Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive process improvement and business transformation through technology-enabled solutions.

About You

• Strong experience across procurement, supply chain, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP BTP, enterprise integrations, solution architecture, and SAP Supplier Portal capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in business process analysis, process re-engineering, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with experience working closely with business and delivery teams.
