Change Manager - Enterprise Systems Transformation
Location: Gloucester - Minimum 1 day per week onsite
Contract: 6 Months
Day Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale enterprise systems transformation programme within an established organisation.
This is a business-focused change role, working closely with programme leadership, senior stakeholders and operational teams to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering organisational change within complex enterprise environments, ideally involving major ERP, CRM or business-critical system implementations.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the change management strategy for a large-scale systems transformation programme.
• Work closely with programme teams, business leaders and stakeholders to understand the impact of technology and process changes.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
• Develop communication, engagement and training strategies to support successful adoption.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, ensuring business teams are engaged throughout the programme.
• Work across multiple business functions to assess operational impacts and prepare teams for new systems and processes.
• Establish change adoption measures and monitor business readiness ahead of implementation.
• Support the transition into business as usual, ensuring changes are embedded and benefits realised.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering change management on large-scale enterprise systems transformation programmes.
• Strong background working within complex, multi-functional enterprise organisations.
• Experience supporting major ERP, CRM or enterprise-wide technology implementations.
• Demonstrable experience managing organisational change across multiple departments and senior stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of change impact assessments, business readiness, communications and user adoption.
• Ability to engage and influence senior leadership teams while working closely with operational stakeholders.
• Experience managing resistance to change and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Comfortable operating independently within a complex programme environment.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar.
• Experience delivering change across multiple sites, business units or international operations.
• Prosci, APMG Change Management or equivalent certification.
• Experience working on programmes involving significant business process redesign.

Contract Details

• 6-month initial contract
• £500 per day
• Outside IR35
• Minimum 1 day per week onsite in Gloucestershire
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
