Must-Have Skills:

• Recruiting experience within sales or commercial organizations, with experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy
• Strong ability to use recruiting data to monitor pipeline health, guide hiring decisions, and improve processes
• Sound judgment in prioritizing roles, evaluating candidates, and driving an effective recruiting process.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience developing data-driven recruiting strategies and process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and recruiting teams.
