Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Rocket Mobius Developer with strong hands-on experience in Mobius ECM, Mobius View Direct, and distributed environment development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing distributed Mobius solutions, along with expertise in document/report ingestion, indexing, archival, retrieval, and production support.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and enhance Rocket Mobius solutions in distributed environments.
Develop and support Mobius ECM and Mobius View Direct applications and integrations.
Manage document and report ingestion, indexing, archival, retrieval, and processing workflows.
Integrate Mobius with enterprise applications using SQL, REST APIs/Web Services, Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and batch/file processing.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain application stability.
Support legacy systems and mainframe integrations involving Mobius applications.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable document management solutions.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of hands-on Rocket Mobius / Mobius ECM experience.
5+ years of Mobius View Direct experience.
Strong Mobius distributed development experience — designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing distributed Mobius solutions.
Experience with document/report ingestion, indexing, archival, retrieval, and processing.
Hands-on experience integrating Mobius with enterprise applications using SQL, REST APIs/Web Services, Linux/Unix, Shell scripting, and batch/file processing.
Strong production support, troubleshooting, and legacy/mainframe integration experience.
6+ years of experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Retirement Services.
Java experience is preferred.

Important: Do not share generic ECM, Java, Mainframe, FileNet, Documentum, or OpenText profiles unless the candidate has strong, relevant hands-on Rocket Mobius experience. Mainframe administration alone is not sufficient. Prior TIAA experience is not required.
