Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 13+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, Azure, and DevOps, with proven experience working in large-scale insurance or enterprise environments.

The candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers, translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, and accessible Angular applications, and developing secure, scalable enterprise APIs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop end-to-end web applications using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.

• Translate Figma designs, mockups, and prototypes into pixel-accurate, responsive, and accessible Angular components.

• Develop reusable UI components and component libraries aligned with enterprise design-system standards.

• Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services with a focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and backward compatibility.

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Angular Material, PrimeNG, or equivalent frameworks.

• Implement frontend state management using NgRx, RxJS, or similar patterns.

• Apply application security best practices including OAuth2, RBAC, authentication, authorization, encryption, XSS, and CSRF protection.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

• Work with Azure cloud services, including AKS, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, solution architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.

• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across frontend and backend development.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Strong expertise in Angular, preferably Angular v19+.

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and RxJS.

• Experience with NgRx or comparable state-management frameworks.

• Proven ability to consume Figma designs and convert them into production-ready Angular UI components.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI development.

• Experience with Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar component libraries.

• Strong experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AKS, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.

• Strong understanding of OWASP security principles, OAuth2, RBAC, XSS/CSRF prevention, authentication, and authorization.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, and software development life cycle.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.

• Experience modernizing legacy applications into modern Angular/Spring Boot architectures.

• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise design systems and reusable UI component libraries.

• Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture and containerization.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
