The Role • Explore new data sources and create effective queries to extract valuable information. • Synthesize data from disparate sources to enhance client understanding of their mission environment. • Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for senior policymakers. • Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform stakeholders. • Analyze developments and produce tailored products, including actionable leads, written reports, and briefings. • Apply structured methodologies and specialized subject matter expertise to guide analytical efforts. What You'll Need • Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within intelligence community or Combatant Command environments. • Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis. • Proficiency with SIGINT and HUMINT, and experience using high-side tools and databases such as Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, and BODHI. • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal/informal briefings. • Demonstrated ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems. • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
