Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of Human Resources experience. Skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG Ready, Paycom, ADP, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

Responsibilities
Support employee training and development programs and monitor completion of required training. Maintain records related to employee certifications, training, memberships, and other qualifications. Assist with recruiting activities, including working with external recruiters, candidate screening, staffing evaluations, and offer processes. Serve as a primary HR contact for contract employees regarding time reporting, workplace injuries, and related matters. Maintain accurate employee information and records within the HRIS.

Process payroll accurately and on schedule while following applicable regulations and internal procedures. Support employee-relations activities, including documentation, performance discussions, disciplinary matters, and confidential employee concerns. Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits, HR policies, and related questions. Coordinate benefit communications, rollouts, and policy updates.
