• Knowledge transfer and ECS upskilling for 5 customer storage resources.
The residency is intended to provide a Dell ECS expert who will function as an extension of Garmin's team and support the following areas:

ECS Environment Health & Stabilization
• ECS cluster and node reviews
• Capacity assessments
• Hardware and networking reviews
• Alert and log analysis
• Performance reviews
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Risk identification
• Operational best practices
• ECS expansion discussions

Operational Assistance
• Day-to-day operational support
• Side-by-side working sessions
• Technical knowledge transfer through observation and participation
