The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, including product development plans and budget allocation. • Drive AI implementation across Sales, Finance, and Operations to enhance efficiency and provide intelligent insights. • Oversee the development and delivery of AI-powered tools to streamline quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, identify automation opportunities, and develop impactful AI solutions. • Establish KPIs to measure the adoption and business value of AI within Lead to Cash workflows. • Foster partnerships with AI vendors and technology providers to integrate cutting-edge capabilities. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) applied to sales and revenue operations. • Expertise in end-to-end Lead to Cash processes, including CPQ, CLM, order management, and revenue recognition. • Experience with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments and demonstrating ROI. • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
