Administrator to the Curriculum Office

Permanent, part-time
3 or 4 days a week
This is a term-time role only

Inaburrahas an exciting opportunity foranAdministrator to the Curriculum Office to join the team for three or four days a week. This role is responsible for administrative support within our busy Curriculum office, working closely with the Head of Academic Excellence. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.

To be successful you will need:

  • A demonstrated personal Christian faith and a commitment to its application in an education context
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with families and staff whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven track record in being able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to think and work autonomously whilst also contributing to the team environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive information discretely and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Willingness to solve problems and analyse issues within the scope of this position
  • Demonstrated confidence in the use of technology (Microsoft Office suite as a minimum) and an interest and aptitude for learning new systems
  • Experience with Sentral, NESA procedures and a general familiarity with School administration would be advantageous
