Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory issues.
  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and system changes.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Basic networking knowledge; PowerShell or other scripting is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
