Role Summary

 

customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) specializing in AI-powered Quality Engineering and Test Automation. The FDE works with customers and development teams to design comprehensive test strategies, leverage AI to generate and optimize test assets, develop robust Playwright automation frameworks, and validate AI-generated code to ensure production-quality software.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and define end-to-end testing strategies.

* Design, write, and maintain automated test cases using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or C#).

* Use AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize test cases, test scripts, and test data.

* Validate AI-generated application code through functional, integration, regression, API, UI, and end-to-end testing.

* Build and maintain reusable Playwright automation frameworks and testing libraries.

* Develop API, UI, database, and cross-browser automated tests.

* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.

* Analyze failures, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.

* Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness across the SDLC
