Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months
 

Requirements

8+ years of Scrum Master experience
8+ years of Agile Delivery experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and drive timely resolution of delivery risks and blockers.
  • Monitor Agile metrics and communicate delivery health, velocity, and progress to stakeholders.
