We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM to lead large-scale technology projects.

Key Requirements:

•             12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Project Management background

•             Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations/upgrades

•             Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes

•             Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders

•             Strong communication, leadership, risk, and issue management skills

•             Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments

•             Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and client teams
