Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience managing complex, custom-built software engineering projects, preferably involving IoT, industrial systems, automation, or connected devices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of custom software engineering projects from requirements through production release.
  • Work closely with software architects, developers, QA, integration, infrastructure, and product teams.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable workstreams, epics, stories, tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Manage engineering backlogs, sprints, defects, releases, risks, and technical dependencies.
  • Coordinate integrations across devices, APIs, middleware, messaging, networking, cloud, and enterprise systems.
  • Track technical risks and drive resolution with engineering teams.
  • Ensure testing, validation, deployment, and release activities are properly planned and executed.
  • Use modern Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with significant technical software delivery experience.
  • Proven experience managing custom software development projects end to end.
  • Strong experience working directly with software engineering and architecture teams.
  • Understanding of IoT, industrial systems, automation, or connected-device environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Atlassian, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Strong technical planning, dependency management, risk management, and execution skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Important: Candidates with primarily functional PM, business implementation, vendor management, or PMO/status-reporting experience without direct software engineering delivery experience will not be considered.
