Site Operations Management/Data Collection Operations

We are seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily site operations, staff management, customer interactions, equipment coordination, and data collection activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, operational management, and process improvement skills to ensure successful project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, including personnel, equipment, customer engagement, and data collection activities.
• Supervise a team of up to 16 employees, providing coaching, performance management, scheduling, and operational support.
• Drive process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Manage staff schedules, timesheet approvals, and resource allocation to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure data collection activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
• Maintain strict compliance with client security protocols, data privacy standards, and participant safety requirements.
• Safeguard sensitive information, client-owned devices, and collected data throughout all phases of project execution.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve project goals.
