The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and a passion for fresh products, including meat, deli, and cheese.
• Create appealing and high-quality culinary presentations.
• Showcase products through attractive displays and ensure freshness and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement sales-promoting initiatives.
• Prepare specialty items according to in-house recipes.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in food retail, the gastronomy sector, or with fresh produce is ideal, but not essential for motivated career changers.
• A keen interest in handling and preparing fresh meats and other grocery items.
• A genuine enjoyment of customer interaction and a passion for the retail industry.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to work in a shift model, typically between 05:00 and 20:00.
