Job Description

Position: Director – Integration
Locations: Brea, CA
 
 
 

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Director – Integration to lead our enterprise integration strategy, architecture, and delivery. The role will drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable integrations across applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead integration architecture, API, middleware, and cloud integration initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor integration architects and engineering teams.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver complex integration solutions.
  • Establish integration standards, governance, security, and best practices.
  • Drive modernization of legacy integrations and adoption of modern integration patterns.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, delivery timelines, and operational performance.

 

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in technology/integration, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong experience in enterprise integration, APIs, middleware, microservices, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, SAP Integration Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
