Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day coordination, administrative execution, and stakeholder communication. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a career supporting executive teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

This role is primarily onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina. While there may be potential for a hybrid setup over time, candidates must be based in the location and available to work onsite according to business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups

  • Support communication management (emails, meeting requests, internal coordination)

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and leadership sessions

  • Assist with travel arrangements including itineraries and documentation

  • Help track action items and support execution of internal initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal)

  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents

  • Maintain organization, documentation, and operational efficiency
