Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day coordination, administrative execution, and stakeholder communication. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a career supporting executive teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
This role is primarily onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina. While there may be potential for a hybrid setup over time, candidates must be based in the location and available to work onsite according to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
Support communication management (emails, meeting requests, internal coordination)
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and leadership sessions
Assist with travel arrangements including itineraries and documentation
Help track action items and support execution of internal initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal)
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business documents
Maintain organization, documentation, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
