The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues both individually and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance to maximize application availability and identify system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications using a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of all upgrades and major modifications before deployment and perform on-site installations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
• Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
