Electrical Engineer Location: Saffron Walden, Essex<br />Salary: £46,000<br />Hours: Monday to Friday<br />Benefits: Free On-Site Parking About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the engineering team at a prestigious research and commercial campus in Saffron Walden. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of building maintenance. Duties &amp; Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
• Fault find and repair lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systems
• Support the maintenance of mechanical building services and associated plant where required
• Conduct routine plant room inspections and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Complete maintenance records and update CAFM systems accurately
• Liaise with contractors and the wider engineering team to ensure works are completed to a high standard
• Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety regulations and site procedures
• Identify opportunities for remedial works and continuous improvements About You
• Fully qualified Electrician (City &amp; Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
• Previous experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good understanding of building services systems and plant
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
• Reliable, proactive, and able to build strong working relationships
• Excellent communication and customer service skills What's on Offer
