Cinex Plastics Pty Ltd Business Address: Braeside, Victoria 3195 Position Title: Full-time ICT Support Technician Salary: AUD $80,000 + Superannuation Cinex Plastics Pty Ltd operates a manufacturing facility in Braeside, Victoria, utilising computerised systems, production equipment and business applications across its manufacturing, quality control, inventory, sales, administration and customer service functions.

Due to the technology-dependent nature of its manufacturing and business operations, Cinex Plastics is seeking an experienced and technically capable ICT Support Technician to support and maintain its ICT systems, equipment and applications and provide timely technical assistance to employees across the business.

  • Determine appropriate software, hardware and ICT equipment requirements to resolve technical issues and support the operational needs of Cinex Plastics' manufacturing, administration and business functions.
  • Install, configure, download and update software and applications required across administrative, production, inventory, customer service and other business functions.
  • Implement, configure and maintain computer networks and related connectivity supporting the company's office and manufacturing operations.
  • Design, update and maintain the company's website and assist with resolving website-related technical issues.
  • Diagnose, repair, replace and maintain peripheral ICT equipment, including computers, terminals, printers, modems, scanners and other connected devices.
  • Monitor ICT systems and equipment, identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions to improve reliability and minimise operational disruption.
Skill level required:

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum one year of relevant experience in ICT technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network support and user assistance. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Ability to work effectively with employees across manufacturing, administration and other business functions.
