Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with at least one backend programming language such as C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Experience working with data processing, automation, or business applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to AI tools and modern automation technologies

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a high-volume production or operations environment
• Crystal Reports, PlanetPress, BCC, or similar software
• Knowledge of CASS, NCOA, Merge/Purge, Presorting, and USPS regulations
• 3+ years of development experience
• Degree in a relevant field
