Part-Time Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week.

Position Responsibilities Review and maintain sales tax exemption certificates to ensure accurate customer tax records. Guide customers through tax certificate requirements and help resolve missing or incomplete documentation. Collaborate with Finance team members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient operations. Calculate and process sales tax credits.

Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Prior customer service, finance, banking or retail experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
