SAP HR Payroll (PY) Consultant - Remote - 7 months+/RATE: £575 per day inside IR35

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP HR Payroll (PY) Consultant.

IR35 Status: PAYE via Umbrella company only

Job Description:

Experienced SAP HR Payroll consultant who has gained hands-on implementation experience gained from working through multiple project life cycles. You will have experience leading requirements workshops, designing and configuring the entire payroll solution, and guiding both the client and your team through end-to-end project deliveries.

You will have in depth knowledge and experience of payroll system design, schema design, statutory and occupational processing and reporting, pensions, benefits, BACS processing, go-lives, cut-over approaches & DTO activities, as well as testing including Parallel Payroll Comparison testing cycles.

Experience within Live Support environments are advantageous.

Hands on experience implementing ECP payroll including Payroll Control Centre, Validations and KPIs, PTP replication and integration with external systems.

Strong functional SAP Payroll knowledge and broader technical awareness (in things such as Integration to/from 3rd party products in Benefits, Time Mgmt., and Payroll) and broader technical awareness (in things such as Security, Integration, etc.)

Familiarity with the integration to SAP ERP HCM or S/4HANA via BIB would be beneficial as well as other HR dependent processes within an ERP platform
