Job description

Leads HR strategy and program delivery across Prime Line locations, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Prime Line leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies.
  • Analyze workforce trends and guide staffing and workforce planning.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, investigations, corrective actions and employment compliance.
  • Lead talent assessments, succession planning, performance reviews and compensation planning.
  • Develop engagement, retention, leadership development and associate capability initiatives.
  • Support organizational changes and integrations, including workforce impact assessments and communications.
