Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and perform root cause analysis.
2. Configure and maintain warehouse management systems, including system updates, performance improvements, and functional enhancements.
3. Develop or optimize workflows, business rules, and automated solutions to improve warehouse processes.
4. Collaborate with technical, ERP, warehouse, and vendor teams on integrations, enhancements, change management, and system support.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of experience with enterprise WMS solutions, including WMS Configuration, warehouse operations, implementations, and production support.
Technical Skills	WMS Configuration, WMS Support, WMS Business Rules, Workflow Development, System Integration, Cloud WMS, Application Troubleshooting
Business / Domain Skills	Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Management Processes, WMS Implementation, Production Support, Process Optimization, IT Change Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with multiple full-cycle WMS implementations and cloud-based warehouse solutions.
2. Experience integrating WMS with ERP and legacy systems and supporting complex warehouse workflows.
