IT Procurement Contract Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Procurement Contract Analyst in Madison, WI.

Overview

This role will support purchasing and procurement activities within the IT category. The majority of the work will involve facilitating and executing standard departmental workflows throughout the supplier lifecycle, including purchasing, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and governance-related activities. While the role is eligible for remote work, we have a preference for candidates located in the Madison area who can regularly work from our headquarters and align with our hybrid work model.

Duties

• Locates, contracts and purchases capable sources of supply of goods and/or services on behalf of the company
• Applies strategic sourcing skills to mitigate inherent supply chain risks, including data risks, to successfully contract with a third party
• Conducts RFPs, negotiations, and coordinates applicable Legal and IS Security Reviews

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience supporting IT-related procurement or purchasing activities is strongly preferred
• Experience with systems such as ZIP and DocuSign would be beneficial
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
