Remediation QA Lead - Regulated Quality & Impact (12-Month)

Optus is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Remediation Lead in Australia to design and lead the end-to-end QA framework for remediation programs, delivering governance, calibration, and reporting.

You will partner with Remediation Operations, Complaints, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit to ensure quality standards meet regulatory obligations and deliver stronger customer outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with hybrid work.
