Job Description

Delivery Solutions Architect (AI): Leading post-technical strategy and execution for Databricks' strategic accounts, focusing on driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads. Focus on accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services, and navigating Databricks Product and Engineering teams.

Location: Queensland, Australia. Can travel up to 30% when needed.

What you will do
  • Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for the majority of Databricks use cases within strategic accounts.
  • Be the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Create, own, and execute a point-of-view on accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services (PS).
  • Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product Innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs.
  • Provide internal and external updates on the status of usage and customer health.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI.
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
  • Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems.
  • Technical program or project management experience including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
