Position Summary

DANE LLC is seeking an experienced AI/ML System Analyst to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing machine learning models and AI solutions using Python, configuring data pipelines, integrating AI/ML models with enterprise applications, and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

The role will also support data visualization and reporting initiatives using Microsoft Power BI and will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions.

• Develop and configure data pipelines to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.

• Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and integrate them with existing applications.

• Monitor deployed models for accuracy, reliability, and performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop AI agents and ML applications using Python and applicable machine learning frameworks.

• Work with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure App Services.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and Power BI Paginated Reports.

• Configure and maintain database and system connections.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and solution implementation.

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Support additional data analytics, AI, and application development initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with machine learning and data science libraries and frameworks such as:

  • Pandas

  • NumPy

  • scikit-learn

  • TensorFlow

  • PyTorch

  • SciPy

  • NLTK

  • Matplotlib

  • JobLib

  • Jupyter Notebook

  • Similar AI/ML frameworks

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure subscriptions, Azure Machine Learning Workspace, and Azure App Services.

• Experience using GitHub or similar source-control platforms.

• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Understanding of application and server-side security best practices.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

• Experience developing AI agents or Generative AI applications.

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications and business systems.

• Experience supporting data analytics or AI initiatives within government, utilities, or other complex enterprise environments.
