Database Administrator -SQL

One of our clients is looking for Database Administrator based  on following skills:

Onsite

Specific Duties and Projects

·         Critical production support for the DTE, Finder, Fairfax applications

·         Assist in the SQL Server database administration tasks

·         Assist the Application development team with the database requests

·         Participate in the Disaster Recovery process

·         Assist the DBAs and the programmer with the database upgrades, security patches, and performance issues.

·         Address the compliance issues raised by the IRS related to database access, security and configuration.

·         Support day today production operations including troubleshooting the issues with performance, software bugs.

·         Setting up alerts for the system thresholds for the database.

·         Create metrics for system performance

·         Assist with DBA support for the snowflake data lake environment

The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
