As the Director of Commercial Sales, you will lead the Commercial Sales Center team and oversee the successful execution of commercial projects from initial quoting through final delivery. You’ll partner closely with sales, supply chain, branch leadership, and customers to ensure competitive pricing, accurate orders, efficient logistics, and exceptional customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands-on leader who understands building materials, enjoys developing people, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What you'll do:
Lead and manage the Commercial Sales Center team, balancing workloads and driving strong performance to meet project deadlines and service standards. Assign customers and sales representatives to Commercial Sales Specialists to build productive, long-term relationships. Provide accurate and timely project quotes based on sales team pricing guidelines.

Complete ongoing product and systems training to confidently address technical inquiries. Develop proficiency in Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro+ to effectively communicate their value. Break down customer orders based on material compatibility and shipping logistics. Collaborate with the sales team to secure competitive material pricing before placing orders. Partner with Supply Chain and branch managers to optimize truckloads and warehouse inventory. Develop and maintain project delivery schedules in partnership with the sales team and customers.

What you'll bring

Previous leadership and people-management experience, with the ability to guide, support, and develop a high-performing team. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Mincron, Salesforce, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro+. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid knowledge of exterior building products, including relevant industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in sales operations, building materials, or customer service is strongly preferred. What you'll earn
