Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Solution Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with UiPath development while providing technical leadership, solution architecture, governance, and mentoring across large-scale automation initiatives within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise UiPath automation solutions.
- Lead complex automation programs while remaining hands-on with development.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architecture.
- Build reusable frameworks, libraries, and automation components.
- Integrate UiPath with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, queues, and databases.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, Infrastructure, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security controls, development best practices, and governance processes.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the automation team.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development and solution delivery.
- Strong experience with UiPath, C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and SQL.
- Experience integrating UiPath with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire, Duck Creek, SharePoint, or SAP.
- Strong experience automating insurance processes, including Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premium Processing, and Broker Operations.
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
- 3-5+ years of experience leading development teams or owning solution architecture for large-scale automation programs.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification.
- Experience with UiPath IXP, Document Understanding, Action Center, Process Mining, Test Automation, Agent Builder, and Maestro.
- Exposure to other RPA platforms.
- Experience with Finance processes such as P2P, Q2C, and R2R.
