Overview
As a RevCycle Patient Access Manager within Oracle Health Consulting Services, you'll lead a team of Millennium Solution Consultants supporting Federal client engagements. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring your team delivers high-quality, compliant, and impactful solutions that help Federal healthcare organizations achieve their goals.
We're looking for a collaborative leader with experience in Millennium electronic health record (EHR) solutions, strong understanding of healthcare business processes, and the ability to guide teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of consultants to deliver quality, timely, and compliant solutions for Federal clients.
  • Lead solution design and implementation activities, ensuring deliverables meet client needs, timelines, and budget.
  • Apply Oracle methodologies, standards, and best practices throughout all phases of client engagement.
  • Partner with client leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and to advance operational goals.
  • Monitor operational metrics and manage overall business performance within your area of responsibility.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and professional growth.
  • Demonstrate expertise across multiple healthcare business processes and EHR workflows within the Millennium platform.
  • Serve as a design or architecture lead for one technology product, maintaining awareness of cross-stack dependencies.
  • Support business development activities and proposal efforts for Federal client projects.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4+ years of consulting experience and 5+ years of project management leadership experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Can lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals.
  • Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/ Cerner Millennium.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
