I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a customer documentation project.
Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-wide transformation programmes in an Insurance or Financial services organisation.
• Experience delivering customer documentation, communications or operational change projects.
• Proven experience leading projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Experience managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across business and technology teams.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple value streams, delivery teams and workstreams.
• Ability to manage programme-level dependencies and maintain alignment with wider objectives.
• Track record of delivering projects to agreed timelines and outcomes.

Nice to Have:

• Ability to travel to Brighton or Manchester offices.
• Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints
• Immediate availability
