Job description

HR Advisor FMCG Manufacturing

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
Working Arrangement: 1 day per week working from home
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an HR Advisor to join a busy FMCG manufacturing environment.

Working closely with the HR team and operational managers, you will provide day-to-day HR support, advise on employee relations matters and help drive employee engagement, development and retention.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.

  • Support employee relations matters, including disciplinaries and absence management.

  • Help drive employee engagement, retention and development.

  • Support succession planning and internal progression.

  • Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.

  • Promote consistent HR standards and positive working practices.

  • Support briefings and meetings outside standard hours when required.

About You

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.

  • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Good knowledge of employee relations and HR processes.

  • Confident supporting and advising managers.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Able to influence, challenge and manage competing priorities.
