  • Opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and have influence across the business
  • Play a key role in shaping people decisions across a busy manufacturing environment
  • Varied workload covering employee relations and day to day HR support

The Opportunity

As HR Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for managers on a wide range of people related matters. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance issues
  • Advising and coaching managers on employment law to ensure best practice and compliance
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Supporting HR projects, training initiatives and continuous improvement activities

About You

  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor within a manufacturing, FMCG, or other operational environment
  • Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage cases independently
