Location: Welwyn Garden City - Hybrid, circa 3 days in the office
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE, Plus Great Benefits, Inc 20% Bonus Level

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Online Analyst to join a high-performing analytics team within a large, consumer-focused organisation.

You'll use data and commercial insight to understand online trading performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide clear recommendations that support business decisions. Working with teams across commercial, finance, digital, product and technology, you'll turn complex data into actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse trading and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and commercial risks.
* Translate analysis into clear, commercially focused insight and recommendations.
* Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
* Work with stakeholders to shape analytical briefs and deliver insight that drives action.
* Present findings clearly to a range of stakeholders, adapting your approach to your audience.
* Support a data-driven, self-service culture and share best practice across the analytics team.
* Manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded analyst with strong analytical and communication skills. You'll ideally have:
* 2+ years' experience in an analytics/insight role.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Adobe Analytics.
* SQL experience; Python or R would be advantageous.
* An understanding of e-commerce, retail or online trading.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* The ability to simplify complex problems and communicate insight effectively.
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
* A degree or equivalent, ideally in a numerical or analytical subject.
