Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering and AI development expertise to support the creation of enterprise digital tools, workflow automation solutions, system integrations, and AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with architecture and engineering teams to build scalable backend services, data capabilities, user-facing features, and production-ready AI-driven solutions.
Required / Mandatory Skills:

• Strong full stack software engineering experience
• React development
• Java development
• Python development
• RESTful API design and integration
• Backend and database development
• Front-end/UI development
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and backend services
• DevOps practices
• CI/CD and build/deployment pipelines
• Hands-on Generative AI development
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation experience
• LangChain or similar AI frameworks
• AI-enabled application development
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and practices
• Cloud development experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure
• Experience developing production-ready solutions across the software development lifecycle
• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare technology experience
• Experience with enterprise content management platforms

Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering expertise
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade applications
• Experience developing AI-powered applications using GenAI frameworks
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native application development on Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure
• Experience working with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Ability to function as an independent contributor in complex enterprise environments
