🚀 WE ARE HIRING | Senior HRIS Integration Specialist

📍 Location: Hercules, CA, USA (Onsite)
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Integration Specialist with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and development coordination for SuccessFactors EC integrations.

  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, source-to-target mappings, and data-flow documentation.

  • Design and troubleshoot OData and CompoundEmployee APIs.

  • Build and support Integration Center jobs using CSV, EDI, OData, and SOAP.

  • Manage payroll integrations with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView.

  • Collaborate with SAP CPI and Informatica IICS middleware teams.

  • Lead integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.

  • Support the strategic transition from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of HRIS experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.

  • Strong expertise in OData, CompoundEmployee APIs, and Integration Center.

  • Experience with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView.

  • Knowledge of SAP CPI, Informatica IICS, XML, JSON, CSV, SFTP, and PGP encryption.

  • Experience with integration testing and production support.
