Internship - Support in HR Business Partner Operations & Projects (m/f)

Missions :

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our HR Business Partner team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to various HR projects.

Main duties :

1. Support HR Business Partners in managing daily topics related to employees and managers
2. Participate in various HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function
3. Assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR projects

Profil requis:

Required profile :

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, and are looking for a 6-month internship ;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels ;
• Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute ;
• High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information ;
• Ability to handle efficiently time schedules and tasks schedules ;
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused in your work ;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ;
• Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or German; Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
