Key Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:

• Delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 3 pupils, focusing on individual learning goals, building on their strengths, and addressing areas for growth.
• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment where Year 3 pupils feel valued, encouraged, and motivated to learn.
• Developing literacy and numeracy skills through interactive and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students in Year 3.
• Supporting students’ social and emotional growth, fostering teamwork, and building their confidence as independent learners.
• Monitoring and assessing Year 3 students’ progress, providing feedback, and maintaining open communication with parents to keep them informed of their child’s development.
