Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Define business metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Partner with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Technology teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using enterprise reporting tools.
• Utilize Alteryx to perform data preparation, blending, transformation, automation, and workflow development to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Validate data accuracy and perform report testing to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis activities.
• Monitor reporting performance and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage and track work items, requirements, and defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Reporting Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Qlik
  • Business Objects
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation, workflow creation, data transformation, automation, and analytics.
• Experience documenting and supporting Alteryx workflows and collaborating with technical teams to operationalize data processes.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or other work management tools.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.

Benefits

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $75-$88/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
